In a bowl add all purpose flour and add water as required mix well and prepared a dough.let it set for 10 min.now take a sauce pan add sugar and saffron add water mix well prepare 1 string consistency sugar syrup. Now sugar syrup is ready.
Take a dough.cut into small pieces.dust maida and roll the dough cut edges and from rectangle.dust some maida on top.take a cutter or knife and make strips.Divide into 6-7 strips.join edges of 6-7 strips.twist all the 6 rings and from a ring.apply water on edges and strips .
Cooking oil for deep fry.fry on medium flame.until golden brown.flip and fry all the sides.after golden and crisp transfer on to a plate.dip into sugar syrup and coat all sides.dip for only 1-2 min.dip in warm sugar syrup.do not keep on flame after 1 min.take out of syrup.now shahi shakkarpara rings are ready.
